Information Technology (IT/IS)
The Information Systems and Technology landscape is critical to the success of any organization and is instrumental in helping the organization achieve its strategic, business and financial goals along with competitive advantages. This landscape changes swiftly and abruptly as technology advances, and the amount of security vulnerabilities and threats grow with these advances. Our project managers are experienced in managing IT/IS projects of varying complexities with a variety of scopes and technologies (e.g. DDI, network switching and routing infrastructures, wireless infrastructures, SANs, NASs, Firewalls, Technology upgrades and refreshes, etc.), consisting of various sizes from small firms to the largest organizations spanning the globe. Our Project Managers not only focus on meeting the objectives of the projects they manage, but also on the risks inherent with technology projects that may adversely impact the end user experience.
Engineering
These types of projects are multi-disciplinary by nature and require the management of many teams each with a specialized skill set. Our Engineering project managers all have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 15+ years of experience in the field. We have managed small and large scale projects ranging from cellphone platforms to multi-million dollar aircraft simulators.
Software Development
Having the correct project environment is key to the successful development and deployment of new software and applications. From stakeholder analysis, to capturing business requirements, to setting up the proper test environment, managing such projects requires a specific skill set. At Grindyzer we use traditional and agile project management principles to help manage the complexity that comes with these projects.
