Hicham El Hajj
Hicham El Hajj is a PMP certified Project Manager with 20 years of proven management experience in delivering small and large scale projects. His career spans numerous fields including Aerospace (civil and military), Marine and Power Plant Simulation, Software Development, Healthcare and IT.
Mark Rodziewicz
Mark Rodziewicz is a PMP certified Project Manager and has over 23 years of formal project and Program Management experience.
Mark’s 21+-year Project and Program Management career has taken him in various directions, including substantial stints in Information Systems (managed LAN, WAN, and WLAN Infrastructure projects, Technology Refresh projects, Workstation / Server / SAN / NAS deployment projects, and currently, DDI projects). He has also managed projects in the Healthcare field specifically in Patient Safety and Multi-Vendor System Integration projects.
Connie Sanders
Connie Sanders has more than 32 years in technology fields and holds current PMP/CSM/SSGB/CompTIA certifications.
She was also previously CCNE/CCNA/CCDA Cisco certified and loves the challenges that today’s network environments pose. Having held positions in sales, sales management, sales engineering, technical support, provisioning, implementation management, customer support management and process development, the past 15 years have been focused on project management and working with highly skilled engineering teams on network design, configuration development, routing protocols, scheduling and integration of all project related activities for multi-million dollar LAN/WAN deployments.
Jenn Mark
Jenn Mark is a seasoned Program and Project Manager applying over 22 years of global experience with several Fortune 100 companies including Microsoft, HP, Intel and Lockheed Martin.
She has an MBA as well as Marketing and Math undergraduate degrees.
Ibrahim Bayaa
Ibrahim Bayaa is a Sr. Project Manager with 19+ years in the software industry. He holds multiple certifications including: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master.
Ibrahim has extensive experience in Software Engineering and contributed to various products including Adobe Acrobat/PDF, Adobe Flash, the BlackBerry Platform and Ross OverDrive.
Ted Hassanein
Ted Hassanein is a PMP certified Project Manager with a strong technical foundation in Aerospace & Defense, mainly in Gas Turbines. He has extensive experience in program management of large projects, implementing new technologies, and decommissioning previous states. Additionally, he has expertise as a Smartsheet power user to help organizations build a PMO through Control Center and Program Management Dashboards. He holds a Masters in Thermofluids Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Concordia University (Montreal).
Veronica Vaillancourt
Veronica Vaillancourt is a PMP certified Project Manager with 12 years of experience in the Medical Industry with extensive knowledge in all aspects of Operations Management including Customer Engagement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Information Systems.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Certificates in Project Management and Public Relations. Her career has led her to be involved in projects across different functions particularly for process improvement projects aimed at developing new solutions on various platforms including JDE, SAP and Oracle.
Nancy El-Hajj
Nancy is a PMP certified Project Manager who brings more than 22 years of experience in Program and Project Management. She led a wide array of projects in both the private and public sector related to transformation of services and process automation with a focus on SAP and CGI applications.
She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree.
Lorraine Weir
Lorraine Weir is a certified Project Manager with over 7 years of experience managing projects with varying complexities in the IT, Networking and Healthcare industries.
She has a diverse background having started her career as a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse before going into Medical Sales and Clinical/IT Implementations.
Scott Nelson
Scott Nelson brings 15 years of Project Management expertise to our team. With a focus on the healthcare industry, Scott has led teams in implementing infusion therapy devices across hospitals and health systems in the US and Canada. His experience includes integrating infusion pumps and safety software with electronic health records (EHR) software from leading vendors such as EPIC and Cerner. Prior to his healthcare projects, Scott managed data center space and engineers for the installation and support of electronic trading equipment at CME Group, one of the world's largest financial exchanges.
Talon Penny
Talon is a Project Manager with 17+ years of experience working in the IT/Infrastructure and Project Management Organization sector for several fortune 500 companies (IBM, Verizon, Chase, and AT&T).
Specializing in maintaining a customer centric and focused approach has paved the way to successful deliveries of larger-scale Network Services projects and programs. By always providing a positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard Talon has had the privileged to experience some of the most rewarding and exciting accomplishments in her extensive career in the Information Technology arena, with great enthusiasm and courage for future to come!
Rob Bedrossian
Rob Bedrossian has more than 22 years’ exposure to team-based technology driven environments. His extensive international experience has afforded him with responsibility over several high-profile product introductions within B2B VAS solutions, wholesale telco managed-hosted infrastructure solutions, digital video and voice network services including cloud-based EPC, LTE Roaming, mobile handsets, and satellite receivers. His performance and success in product introductions are due largely to his ability to manage cross-functional project teams, building consensus across diverse business disciplines to achieve common development and profit objectives. Equally notable is his strength in evaluating market opportunities, understanding customer needs, and winning executive-level support to advance product development. Rob earned his Master of Science degree graduating with honors. In his spare time he enjoys cycling and traveling.

With over 20 years of experience in management, she has demonstrated her expertise in various fields, including retail and publicly traded companies. Isabelle's knowledge and skills make her a valuable asset for any project team.
